Our Story

Founded to Address Execution Gaps

DDK Renewed was established in 2018 to address a recurring challenge observed across both individuals and organizations: strong capability without the structure required to achieve consistent results.

The firm initially supported professionals through career transition services, including resume development, job application support, and coaching. These early engagements required disciplined process management, confidentiality, documentation, and outcome tracking. These same capabilities later became foundational to the firm's broader consulting and operational services.

From inception, DDK Renewed emphasized accountability, consistency, and practical execution.

Growth Driven by Client Requirements

As client needs expanded, DDK Renewed broadened its service offerings to support organizational requirements beyond individual services. Clients requested assistance with project coordination, administrative operations, workforce support, and internal systems needed to sustain performance and meet operational objectives.

In response, the firm developed capabilities in project and program management, administrative and operational support, workforce and hiring services, and technology-enabled risk and security support. Each expansion was based on demonstrated client need and proven performance.

Phase 1: Foundation & Vision (2018–2020)

DDK Renewed began by helping individuals with resumes, job applications, and interviews, but soon evolved into a mission-driven service focused on guiding people toward their potential and purpose. In these early years, we refined our approach, validated our services, and built strong, empathetic relationships grounded in real results.

Phase 2: Service Expansion (2021–2023)

As demand grew, DDK Renewed expanded from individual support to a full-service consultancy, helping small businesses and entrepreneurs with strategy, hiring, and operations. We adopted scalable tools, introduced branded resources, and built internal systems to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Phase 3: Government Partnerships (2024–2025)

DDK is entering a transformative phase, expanding from boutique consulting to serving enterprise and public sector clients. With SAM.gov registration and contract readiness in place, we're now focused on scalable, strategic project delivery, while still offering personalized support to individuals and small businesses.

By decade’s end, DDK Renewed aims to be a leader in career transitions, people-centered consulting, and federal project delivery, serving 1,000+ job seekers annually and partnering with at least 10 enterprise or government clients. We’ll grow through referrals, expand our faith-based initiative Refresh Her Table, and become a hub for training the next generation of consultants and career professionals
