DDK Renewed Inc. provides professional, time-based, and customized services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final unless expressly stated below. By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable, without exception:

  • Customized resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, job applications, or any personalized career documents
  • Strategic coaching, advisory, or consultation sessions that are completed, partially completed, or missed
  • Digital products, templates, toolkits, downloads, or portal-based resources once access is granted
  • Subscription services once a billing cycle has begun
  • Any service for which work has started, content has been reviewed, or preparation has occurred

Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not started, and a written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • A verified technical failure on our systems prevents access to a purchased digital product, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
  • A confirmed duplicate payment for the same service

Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of DDK Renewed Inc.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
