Cancellation Policy

DDK Renewed Inc. provides professional services that require scheduling, preparation, and resource allocation. This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled.

Strategic Coaching Sessions

  • All cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and non-transferable
  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted per session
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session is treated as a completed service

Monthly Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the client portal
  • Services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time

Project-Based Services (Premium and Custom Plans)

  • A signed agreement or written authorization is required before work begins
  • Cancellations before project start incur a 25 percent administrative and reservation fee
  • Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued
  • Undelivered work may be paused and resumed at DDK Renewed Inc.'s discretion, subject to availability and scope review

Important: All cancellation decisions are final and at the sole discretion of DDK Renewed Inc.
